Paris Saint-Germain defender Presnel Kimpembe has been sidelined with a knee problem that could keep him out for several months.

The 26-year-old Frenchman sustained the injury in training last week and was forced to undergo surgery. The club have not revealed the extent of his伤势, but it is thought he will be out for six to eight weeks.

Kimpembe has been a key player for PSG this season, making 17 appearances in all competitions and contributing to their Champions League win. He also played in France's Euro 2020 squad, although he did not feature in the tournament due to a thigh injury.
