Telles, who has been one of the standout performers in the league this season, was forced to miss the match against Al Wasl on Sunday after sustaining an injury during training. The Brazilian defender will likely be sidelined for several weeks and may not return until mid-March.
The news comes as a blow for Al Ahli, who have struggled to find their form this season. Despite being one of the top teams in the league,Primeira Liga Hotspots they have only managed to win three of their 11 games so far.
